All users are required to complete a Know-Your-Customer verification before they can access LondonLink services. This automated process takes a few minutes and is needed to verify identity and residency. You can complete the process on a computer or mobile, and you can switch between either at any time.
To complete the verification, you will need to provide:
- An identity document
- A live selfie photo
- Proof of residence
Please ensure you follow the instructions provided and that the documents being used are valid and dated. The images must be clear and readable, showing all corners of the document.
