I have not received my validation email.

Troubleshooting Steps for Missing Validation Email

You should receive a validation email as part of the account registration. If you have not received the email, please check the following:

  • That the email used is correct
  • Check your junk/spam folder
  • Avoid using organisation addresses as these will often have organisation-wide filters in place
