Required Documents for LondonLink Account Verification: Proof of Identity and Residence.
LondonLink requires users to provide proof of identity and residence to verify their account. Here are the documents we can accept.
Proof of identity (all must have a current valid date):
- A driver’s licence
- Passport
- Residence permit
- National ID card
Proof of residence:
- Bank statements
- Utility bills
- Internet/cable TV/phone bill
- Tax return
- Council tax bill
- Government-issued certificate of residence
We accept electronic versions of these documents, which can be downloaded from your online account or app.
Please ensure the document is dated within the last three months and shows the issuing entity. We cannot accept screenshots or edited images.
